"A celebration of Americana, focussing on Bluegrass, Country, Cajun and Appalachian music, featuring an array of highly regarded artists from the American folk scene.
The already-sparkling line up includes Carrie Rodriguez, Ahab, Big Boy Bloater, Sarah Savoy and the Francadians, the legendary Hank Wangford and the Lost Cowboys and Gordie MacKeeman and His Rhythm Boys.
Alongside the live music, the festival will host displays of classic American cars, motorcycles and commercials from the 30’s to the present day, as well as a market place with unique and diverse traders selling all manner of Americana related products including; CD’s and DVD’s, clothing, food and drink. Audiences will also be treated to themed areas representing different aspects in American culture from Civil War re-enactment areas to 1940’s and 50’s themed bars and workshops."
